|Recommended: YesPeace Of Mind And Safety... — I moved to Siena on Sonterra for peace of mind and safety. I feel secured during the day and night. In addition, it has great amenities and a shopping center next door within walking distance. Neighbors are friendly. However, it lacks a carport but offers a garage for a fee which is not bad.
I live on the bottom floor. The structure is not well designed as you can hear water coming down the pipes when someone flushes the restroom or is taking a shower. The AC unit makes rattling noises which to me, they should have replaced the unit a long time ago but it still there and I can't sleep at night due to the noise level it makes. Have I brought it to their attention Yes, numerous times. I've been here two years. Other than that, it is a great place to live.
|Recommended: YesFeels Like Home — Siena on Sonterra instantly felt like home. I love how the community isn't too large and spread out. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The community members are kind and welcoming. It is a very clean community and near everything that I frequent.

|Recommended: YesNice Property With A Resort Feel. — I would recommend this complex. Nice common areas and pool. The management staff does a really good job taking care of the property and maintenance requests. I like seeing stability with the property staff.
